Steven Harrell has been involved in civil litigation since he was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1986.  His litigation experience includes litigating personal injury/wrongful death claims involving products liability, truck collisions, motor vehicular collisions and premises liability.  His experience also extends to litigating commercial disputes involving claims of business fraud and negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, tortious interference, real estate commission disputes and wrongful discharge.  Since 2005, he has been recognized by peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America publication, and he has also received an AV peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mediation has been part of his practice as a litigator throughout the past three-and-a-half decades.  As a litigator, he has mediated claims across all areas of his litigation practice.  He has also mediated claims statewide involving many of the most successful and experienced mediators around the state.  Steven recently completed 40 hours of mediation training through the Center for Dispute Resolution at Missouri State University.  It is this experience and training that he brings to the mediation process.  Steven is offering services in most areas of civil litigation - personal injury, business, commercial and employment disputes - as well as family law matters.  He also has experience with arbitrations both as a litigator and as an arbitrator.
